problem in selecting surfaces

Whenever I create an AmebaGeo, I try to select surfaces for the load and support, but surfaces are not selectable. I have not faced this problem before and I hope you can assist me in this issue.

But why can't we complete this project under normal circumstances?All my file got no mistake but failed to select,or if i should consider your team's software development level?

We want to make sure you have the default layer turned off. You'd better create a new file and try again.
